Do you bill insurance?
No. We do not bill insurance for our services. Avoiding insurance billing removes the unwanted influence over your health care by insurance companies. Lab work and other testing may be needed, and insurance may come into play. These procedures will be discussed before the test is ordered.
What is included in my annual/monthly fee?
Annual preventative care, urgent care, chronic disease management, in-office procedures, specialist care coordination, and hospital advocacy.
How many patients do you have?
While some traditional practices have more than 5,000 patients, we have no more than a few hundred, allowing us to spend more time on patient care.
Do you make house calls?
While we would expect to see you in the office during regular business hours, there will be times when house calls are appropriate.
Does insurance cover my annual physical?
Possibly. While we don’t bill insurance directly, our services qualify for flexible savings accounts and health savings account plans. Please discuss this with your accountant and health benefits advisor.
Do you see children?
No. We do not see patients under 18 years of age.
